Industrial 

Rebar is laid on top of the plywood form and cutout for cement to bond with the 4 ft tall piles.
The plywood form was held in place with a scaffoldings and aluminum I-beams at the height of the piles.

Level and Height were checked with a laser.
As the weight of the concrete was added levels were checked all around the suspended slab and adjustments were made.
Here the cement pump delivers the concrete to the right spot.
A smooth trowel finish for a good warehouse floor surface finish.

Slab with the forms and  scaffoldings removed.
The Grade was also backfilled.
